On the Island of Ko Phi Phi the most famous bar is the Reggae bar and for good reason. It is so well known because anyone dumb enough to step into the ring to fight will be awarded a free bucket of booze for there efforts. Luckily for me I’ve been doing Martial Arts most of my life and I am proficient at boxing. My opponent however was 6 ‘3’ but not very skilled so it made for an interest match up. In the end skill beat size and I left unscathed and hit him quite consistently. I may have been slightly nicer if their team didn’t shout out “AMERICA” at the top of their lungs after learning I was Canadian.
