As a long time advocator of meditation I continue to come across more and more scientific proof of why meditation is beneficial. Although it is great to see science proving more and more the outstanding and lasting benefits of meditation it has always been unnecessary for me since what I have experienced and continue to experience through meditation is undeniable. Most people never start because they don’t know how or make up excuses, only in the practice of meditation will you understand it’s true benefits and experience personal transformation and understanding. The following article is just one more piece of proof that meditation is something we should all incorporate into our daily lives
