Today’s guest was born and raised in Richmond Virginia, by a single mother, and attended John Marshall high school.
Along his journey he has been homeless, suffered from drug addiction, has been shot 4 times in the chest at point-blank range and left for dead, he was hospitalized and paralyzed from the neck down.
Now he shares his struggles and experiences to try and inspire people and give hope to those people dealing with their own struggles. In this episode we discuss;
Paris getting addicted to heroin
Going to Jail for 3 years
Why he focused on the physical body in prison and ignored his mental growth
The first day back from prison he got back in the game
The two things that are guaranteed to happen with a drug addict/ Seller lifestyle
Getting shot 4 times in the chest at point-blank range
The road to recovery and the many complications
How his mom’s cancer returned while he was recovering
Losing his mother while being sick in the hospital
While his hospital his brother lost the house and he became homeless
Next morning he agreed to do physical therapy for the first time ever
“Buying and putting a pair of underwear on as a lifetime accomplishment”
How he gets back into the same lifestyle AGAIN and going back to prison for 8 years!
4 Months after being released he started doing Heroin again and he was in the back of the ambulance, overdosed and died
Then went into drug rehab program
Realized he needed to change and went to every different religion he could find, trying to find some connection to God or spirit
Had an epiphany of the power of imagination while in prison while trying to get a connection to GOD
How can I think on the level of Supreme Being?
Started reading and making his own interpretation of GOD and divine energy
A year of focusing on his spiritual connection with a divine being
The universe rewarded him with introduction Mark England
